I use the 'WP Super Cache' plugin and am very pleased with this. I'd recommend it especially if you use it in a high traffic website.

Dear Andreea, Ipstenu, Super cache is not compatible with windows servers. Because it is modifying htaccess files, but not modifying web.config files. isn't?
